Jr. Lifeguard Program: The Ocean Grove Junior Lifeguard program is a joint venture between the Ocean Grove Beach Patrol and the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association. It is intended to teach water safety and some basic first aid skills to children who can swim. Most of our activities take place in the ocean. We do not teach swimming, but feel that our program will allow your child to gain confidence in the ocean. There is a $20 fee that will cover the participants United States Lifesaving Association Membership (including the Lifeguard magazine) and a T-shirt. Shorts may be purchased at additional cost.
